合肥市海卉花市商业街区更新改造研究

Study on the Renovation of the Commercial District of Haihui Flower Market in Hefei

城市商业街区作为城市空间的重要特色类型,集中展示了一个城市的经济、文化、历史与特性等各方面的内容。海卉花市作为合肥知名商业街区,伴随着城市的快速发展,产生了一系列的问题有待解决。文章通过现场调研、网上问卷调查以及市民访谈等方法,对海卉花市的业态、空间、风貌、环境景观以及后期运营五个方面进行调研分析,提出“合理定位街区功能”“塑造复合型序列空间”“统一整体式街区风貌”“创造一体化环境景观系统”“坚持可持续发展的运营方式”等改造策略,以达到聚集区域人气,重新激发街区活力的目的。

As an important characteristic type of urban space,the urban commercial district shows the economic,cultural,historical and characteristic contents of a city.As a well-known commercial district in Hefei,Haihui Flower Market has a series of problems to be solved with the rapid development of the city.Through the methods of on-the-spot investigation,on-line questionnaire and citizen interview,the paper investigates and analyzes the five aspects of the business form,space,style and features,environmental landscape and later operation of the Haihui flower market,the paper puts forward such transformation strategies as“rationally planning the functional orientation of the Block”“shaping the complex sequence space”“unifying the whole style of the block”“creating the integrated environmental landscape system”“sticking to the sustainable development of the operation mode”etc.,in order to achieve the goal of gathering regional popularity and re-energizing the neighborhood.
