Multiple polypoid gastric neuroendocrine tumor: one case report

胃神经内分泌瘤(gastric neuroendocrine tumor, G-NEN)是一种起源于神经内分泌细胞,低分化、高度恶性胃肿瘤,一般分为三种不同的亚型。G-NEN的治疗取决于肿瘤亚型、分化程度、侵袭程度以及是否存在预后不良特征,内镜在G-NEN的治疗及诊断中起着十分重要的作用。单发G-NEN多见,但多发的鲜有报道,本文就1例多发息肉样G-NEN并文献分析对本病进行讨论。

Gastric neuroendocrine tumor(G-NEN) is a low-differentiated and highly malignant tumor that originates from neuroendocrine cells and is generally divided into three different subtypes. The treatment of G-NEN depends on the tumor subtype, degree of differentiation, degree of invasion, and whether there are poor prognosis features. Endoscopy plays a very important role in the treatment and diagnosis of G-NEN. Single G-NEN is more common, but multiple G-NEN is rarely reported. This article discussed one case of multiple polypoid G-NEN and literature analysis to discuss the disease.
