摘要
针对运输机方案设计阶段飞行性能结果偏离设计指标的问题,提出一种仅调整重量参数缩小偏离量的解决方法。基于典型任务剖面构建各任务段的重量表达式,建立性能参数与相关重量数据的关系并分析敏感性,根据各重量数据之间的相互关系,组成使用空机重量、燃油重量和装载重量为变量的线性方程组。在动力和气动力数据不变的情况下,以缩小性能结果和指标的差距为改进目标,获取设计方案各项重量参数的微调结果。通过实例计算验证,经过两轮重量调整,性能偏差从5%减少到小于0.1%,说明方法的有效性。
Aiming at the deviation between designed flight performance and desired flight performance in the phase of conceptual design for transport aircraft,an algorithm to decrease the deviation by adjusting weight is proposed.Firstly,weight expressions for each flight phase are built based on the typical mission flight profile,then relationship between fight performance parameter and related weight is showed and sensitivity to weight is analyzed,subsequently the system of linear equations based on variations of empty weight,fuel weight and payload weight is constructed.Given constant thrust and aerodynamic data,micro adjustments for the weight parameters within conceptual design are obtained eventually aiming at decreasing the deviation mentioned above.Testified by flight performance calculation and two rounds adjustment of case aircraft,the deviation falls from 5%to 0.1%,showing the effectiveness of this algorithm.
