摘要
以平台设计、政府管理、基础设施和农产品因素4个一级指标和对应的12个二级指标,构建甘肃省县域电商发展影响因素的指标体系.然后通过层次分析法计算各级指标所占的权重.结果发现,在甘肃省县域电商发展的影响因素中,按影响程度大小各因素排序依次为政府管理、基础设施、农产品因素、平台设计.在此基础上,提出促进甘肃省县域电商发展的对策建议.
This paper constructs the index system of influencing factors of county e-commerce development in Gansu Province based on the four first level indicators of platform design,government management,infrastructure and agricultural products,and the corresponding 12 secondary indicators,and then calculates the weight of all levels of indicators by AHP.It is found that,according to the degree of influence in descending order,the factors influencing the county e-commerce development in Gansu Province are government management,infrastructure,agricultural products and platform design.In light of the result,suggestions of countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of county e-commerce in Gansu Province.
