摘要
为解决手工拆分法定量分析纤维素纤维与氨纶织物效率低下的问题,选用常见的纤维素纤维与氨纶织物,包括针织布、休闲面料、牛仔布、罗纹布等,分别用手工拆分法、次氯酸钠法及盐酸法对上述面料进行定量分析。结果表明,盐酸法数据的准确性和可操作性更高,且检测效率高,便于批量试验,具有较好的推广意义。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the quantitative analysis of cellulose fiber and spandex blended fabrics by manual split method, select some common cellulose fiber and spandex blended fabrics,including knitted fabrics, leisure fabrics, denim, rib fabrics, etc., and the above fabrics are quantitatively analyzed by manual split method, sodium hypochlorite method and hydrochloric acid method respectively. The result shows the data of hydrochloric acid method is more accurate, operable and high efficient, which is convenient for batch experiments, and quite good significant for popularization.
