摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定毛冬青中18种无机元素(Al、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、Zr、Ba、Sn、Sb、Pb、Cu、Cd、As、Hg),并进行热图和聚类分析。样品经微波消解处理后,以Ge、In、Sc元素为内标,以黄芩标准物质作为质控标准物质,采用ICP-MS对8批不同来源的毛冬青中的18种无机元素进行测定。各元素线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999 0,仪器检出限为0.020-106.6 39 mg/kg,方法检出限为0.002-10.66 4 mg/kg,加样回收率为82.4%-110.8%,相对标准偏差为0.67%-2.98%。8批毛冬青样品中Mn、Fe、Zn、Ba结果较高,Sb、Sn、Zr、As、Hg较低。通过聚类分析结果可见毛冬青所含18种无机元素含量存在显著的地区差异。该方法简便,灵敏度高,适用于毛冬青中无机元素的测定。本文对考察毛冬青药材有效性及安全性提供了一定帮助。
The 18 inorganic elements of Maodongqing were determinated by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)(Al,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Zn,Zr,Ba,Sn,Sb,Pb,Cu,Cd,As,Hg),and performed by heat map and cluster analysis.The 18 inorganic elements of Maodongqing from 8 different sources were determined.All samples were digested by microwaves.The Ge,In,and Sc elements were used as the internal standards.The standard substance of Astragalus were took as a quality control standard substance.The linear relationship between the elements were all good.The correlation coefficient(r) were all greater than 0.999 0.The detection limit of the instrument was 0.020~106.6 39 mg/kg.The detection limit of the method was 0.002~10.66 4 mg/kg.The recoveries were all in the range of 82.4%~110.8% which with RSD of 1.2%~11.7%.And the content of Mn,Fe,Zn and Ba elements in the 8 batches of Maodongqing were higher,the content of Sb,Sn,Zr,As and Hg elements were lower.The results from cluster analysis showed that there were significant regional differences in the content of 18 inorganic elements in Maodongqing.The method can be used for the quality control of inorganic elements in Maodongqing.This article provides some help to investigate the effectiveness and safety of Maodongqing.
