山苦荬化学成分及药理研究进展

本次研究通过国内外文献报道及详细的进行总结归纳为蒙药材山苦荬的化学成分及药理研究进展提供有力依据。通过文献检索,对蒙药材山苦荬的化学成分及药理研究分类归纳研究现状及进行综述。蒙药材山苦荬含有多种化学成分,主要有萜类、三萜类、甾体化合物、黄酮类及其苷类,还少量含有挥发油、酚类等。而且具有保肝、降血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、止咳祛痰及保健作用。为蒙药材山苦荬的进一步研究、开发提供了有益的参考。

This study provides a powerful basis for the study of the chemical constituents and pharmacological research of the Mongolian medicinal materials Ixeridium chinense(Thunb.) Nakai through the domestic and foreign literature reports and the detailed summary.Through literature retrieval,the classification and research status of chemical constituents and pharmacological studies of Mongolian medicinal materials I.chinense were reviewed.I.chinense contains many chemical constituents,including terpenes,triterpenes,steroids,flavonoids and their glycosides,as well as volatile oils,phenols and so on.And it has the functions of protecting liver,lowering blood lipid,antioxidation,anti-tumor,relieving cough and dispelling phlegm and health care.It provides a useful reference for the further study and development of Mongolian medicinal materialI.chinense.
