摘要
水轮发电机组是一类受多种扰动耦合作用的复杂转子系统,其振动问题属于转子动力学问题且存在于各类转子系统,又具有自身个性。为全面了解各转子动力学问题对机组的影响及其研究进展,本文分别对其中典型的不对中、不平衡裂纹、推力轴承油膜和密封问题的研究成果进行梳理和总结。
The hydro-generator unit is a kind of complex rotor system that is coupled by multiple disturbances. Its vibration problem belongs to the rotor dynamics problem and exists in all kinds of rotor systems, meanwhile it’s unique according to its characteristics. In order to understand the impact of rotor dynamics on the unit and its research progress comprehensively, this article will review the research results of typical problems, including misalignment problems, unbalanced problems, crack problems, thrust bearing oil film problems and sealing problems.
