摘要 溧阳水泵水轮机运行水头变幅最大达到1.301,设计难度较大,本文详细介绍了溧阳水泵水轮机主要部件结构设计的兲键点。溧阳水泵水轮机作为国内首个在宽变幅水头下不设置非同步导叶预开启装置的完全国产化水泵水轮机,同时也是国内首个在设计阶段彻底取消消水环排水系统的国产化机组,具有广泛的应用推广价值。 The maximum variation of the operating head of Liyang pump turbine is 1.301, which is difficult to design. This paper introduces the key points of the structural design of the main components of Liyang pump turbine in detail. Liyang water pump turbine is the first fully domestic pump turbine without none-synchronous guide vane preopening device under wide variation water head in China. It is also the first domestic pump turbine that completely cancels the water dissipation ring drainage system in the design stage, which has a wide application in the future.
