摘要
弧齿锥齿轮在目前的实践中有着重要的用途,比如汽车后桥差速器齿轮使用的便是弧齿锥齿轮。从弧齿锥齿轮的具体生产来看,其要达到设计标准,满足具体的应用要求,无论是其成型还是具体的塑性都需要满足相关的要求。在一般情况下,利用专业的弧齿锥齿轮塑性成型工艺可以达到要求,但是在实践中,磨具问题往往会对具体的实践效果产生影响。基于此,在模具分析的基础上对塑性成型工艺进行具体的分析可以为现实工作提供帮助与指导。主要针对相关问题展开了讨论。
