摘要
目的:分析生化试剂交叉污染对全自动生化分析仪检测结果的影响,探讨有效的预防措施。方法:选取23份血液标本进行研究,应用全自动生化分析仪和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)试剂、甘油三酯(TG)试剂。应用直接胆红素(DBIL)干扰作为ALT检测的干扰项目。应用高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)作为TG检测的干扰项目,分析其检测结果。结果:ALT检测结果分别为48U/L(ALT直接检测)、32U/L(DBIL检测后ALT检测)、45U/L(DBIL检测后、清洗后ALT检测)和48U/L(无干扰项目检测后的ALT检测)。应用HDL-C作为干扰项目,TG检测结果分别为1.09mmol/L(TG直接检测)、1.71mmol/L(HDL-C检测后TG检测)、1.32mmol/L(HDL-C检测后、清洗后TG检测)和1.09mmol/L(无干扰项目检测后的TG检测)。应用LDL-C作为干扰项目,TG检测结果分别为0.81mmol/L(TG直接检测)、36.54mmol/L(LDL-C检测后TG检测)、2.97mmol/L(LDL-C检测后、清洗后TG检测)和0.51mmol/L(无干扰项目检测后的TG检测)。受到DBIL干扰的影响,ALT检测结果显著全自动生化分析仪检测降低。受到HDL-C或LDL-C干扰的影响,TG的检测结果显著提升。结论:全自动生化分析仪检测的检测中,生化试剂交叉污染是主要的干扰因素之一,需要采取针对性的防治措施。
Objective:To analyze the effect of cross-contamination of biochemical reagents on the detection results of automatic biochemical analyzers,and to explore effective preventive measures.Methods:Twenty-three blood specimens were selected for experimental research,using an automatic biochemical analyzer,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)reagent,and triglyceride(TG)reagent.Use direct bilirubin(DBIL)interference as the interference item for ALT detection.High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were used as interference items for TG detection,and their detection results were analyzed.Results:ALT test results were 48U/L(direct ALT test),32U/L(ALT test after DBIL test),45U/L(DBIL test,ALT test after cleaning),and 48U/L(after no interference item test)ALT detection).Using HDL-C as an interference item,the TG detection results were 1.09mmol/L(TG direct detection),1.71mmol/L(TG detection after HDL-C detection),1.32mmol/L(after HDL-C detection,after cleaning)TG detection)and 1.09mmol/L(TG detection after no interference project detection),using LDL-C as the interference project,TG detection results were 0.81mmol/L(TG direct detection),36.54mmol/L(LDL-C TG detection after detection),2.97mmol/L(after LDL-C detection,TG detection after cleaning)and 0.51mmol/L(TG detection after no interference item detection).Affected by DBIL interference,the ALT test results were significantly reduced by the automatic biochemical analyzer.Affected by HDL-C or LDL-C interference,the detection result of TG is significantly improved.Conclusion:In the detection of automatic biochemical analyzer,cross-contamination of biochemical reagents is one of the main interference factors,and targeted prevention measures are required.
