In recent years,all kinds of industries are developing rapidly,so is the chemical industry,while pursuing efficiency and quality,there will also be many safety problems.This paper will analyze the safety problems in chemical process design in detail,including chemical raw materials,equipment management,employee ability and so on,and put forward reasonable and effective control measures.
