独山子石化公司溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)100kt/a、丁苯热塑弹性体(SBS)80kt/a,采用意大利溶液聚合专利技术;可生产SSBR、LCBR、SB、SBS等23种不同牌号的产品,是目前全球一次性建成的最大的橡胶装置。2018年开始使用江苏太湖新材料控股的亚磷酸三,装置运行多年来、较好地阻止聚合和过氧化反应,尤其液相中的阻聚较为理想。

Dushanzi Petrochemical Company’s solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)is 100000 t/A,styrene butadiene thermoplastic elastomer(SBS)is 80000 T/A,using Italian solution polymerized patented technology;it can produce 23 different brands of products,such as ssbrlcbrsbsbs,which is the largest rubber device built in one time in the world.In 2018,Jiangsu Taihu new material Holding Co.,Ltd.began to use p-tert-butyl-catechol,and the device has been in operation for many years,which can better prevent polymerization and peroxide reaction,especially in the liquid phase.
