摘要 国内现状:用管道传输能量被认为是最为安全经济的方法。伴随着国家石油天然气管道工业的不断发展,管道是我国油气运输的主动脉。管道安全维护管理成为国家安全管理部门日益重视的专题。由于腐蚀、磨损、意外损伤等原因导致的管线泄漏和爆炸时有发生,因跑油、停输、污染、抢修等造成的损失,每年都以亿元计算。为保证压力管道运输安全,国家颁布了《压力管道安全技术监察规定》,规定主干线油气输送管道3~5a必须进行检测。 Current situation in China:it is considered to be the safest and economic way to transmit energy by pipeline.With the continuous development of national oil and gas pipeline industry,pipeline is the main artery of oil and gas transportation in China.Pipeline safety maintenance management has become a special topic that national safety management departments pay more and more attention to.Pipeline leakage and explosion caused by corrosion,wear,accidental damage and other reasons occur from time to time,and the loss caused by oil leakage,shutdown,pollution,emergency repair,etc.is calculated by 100 million yuan every year.In order to ensure the safety of the pressure pipeline transportation,the state has promulgated the supervision regulations on the safety technology of pressure pipeline,which stipulates that the main oil and gas transmission pipeline must be inspected within 3-5 years.
