摘要
在化学应用中,吖啶物质及其化合物在生活和医学、工业中的应用是比较广泛的。由于吖啶特殊的结构、功能单元和在诸多领域的重要应用,对吖啶化合物的研究在国内已经成为研究热点,因为其结构中有共轭环,使得其在荧光方面有着标记和成像等作用。同时,吖啶类化合物还可以嵌入到DNA链中,在生物实验的基础目的片段扩增的过程中有着广泛的应用,然后将结果应用于医学方面。在染料方面与天然产物的色价非常相似,此外作为光电材料化合物在有机半导体材料中代替金属半导体材料也展现出很好的潜在价值。近年来出现了微波辅助、无金属催化、一锅法合成等多种绿色、简便的合成方法和有机半导体材料等新的研发领域,为吖啶的合成和应用带来了更多便利。
In chemical applications,acridine substances and their compounds are widely used in life,medicine,and industry.Therefore,due to acridine ’s special structure,functional unit,and important applications in many fields,acridine compounds Has become a research hotspot in China because of the conjugated ring in its structure,which makes it useful for labeling and imaging in fluorescence.At the same time,acridine compounds can also be embedded in the DNA chain,which has a wide range of applications in the amplification of the basic target fragments of biological experiments,and then apply the results to medicine.The color value of dyes is very similar to that of natural products.In addition,as a photoelectric material compound,it replaces metal semiconductor materials in organic semiconductor materials and also shows good potential value.In recent years,microwave-assisted,metal-free catalysis,one-pot synthesis and other green,simple synthesis methods and organic semiconductor materials have emerged,which has brought more convenience to the synthesis and application of acridine.
