摘要
针对以间甲苯胺和亚硝酸钠为主要原料,釜式间歇工艺生产间甲苯酚工艺存在的无法连续生产和副产物无法有效回收的问题,设计出一条以间甲苯胺和一种亚硝化剂为主要原料,连续生产的合成新路线,并进行了中试。结果表明,该合成新路线有效减少了硫酸盐副产物的生成,同时提高了产品得率。
Using m-toluidine and sodium nitrite as the main raw materials,the methanecresol production process of the batch reactor has the problems of discontinuous production and the by-products cannot be effectively recovered.To solve this problem,we designed a new synthetic route using m-toluidine and nitrosyl sulfuric acid as the main raw materials for continuous production,and conducted a pilot test.The results show that the new synthetic route effectively reduces the formation of sulfate by-products and also improves the product yield at the same time.
