摘要
硫酸钙晶须是一种重要的填充材料和过滤材料,集增强纤维和超细无机填料二者优势于一体,广泛用于绝缘、树脂、造纸、油漆和涂料等行业。硫酸钙晶须传统的生产工艺是以生石膏为原料,产量低,成本高。目前,硫酸钙晶须主要的生产工艺是通过氯碱废弃物获得高纯度的二水硫酸钙,再转化为硫酸钙晶须,该方法既可以有效保护环境,又能提升企业效益。以氯碱废弃物为原料,对制备硫酸钙晶须的生产工艺进行研究探讨。
Calcium sulfate whisker is an important filler and filter material,which combines the advantages of reinforced fiber and ultra-fine inorganic filler.It is widely used in insulation,resin,papermaking,paint and coating industries.The traditional production technology of calcium sulfate whisker is raw material gypsum,which has low output and high cost.At present,the main production process of calcium sulfate whisker is to obtain high-purity calcium sulfate dihydrate through chlor alkali waste,and then convert it into calcium sulfate whisker.This method can not only effectively protect the environment,but also improve the enterprise benefit.Therefore,in this paper,the chlor alkali waste as raw material,the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers different production processes were studied.
