摘要 金属材料成型离不开金属材料焊接技术,焊接技术的优劣直接关系到金属成型后的质量、使用状况以及未来的使用时长。对金属材料焊接成型中可能出现的各种主要缺陷,以及原因进行阐述,其中包括焊接裂纹、夹渣和金属材料不融合三个方面,同时也会结合经验以及相关文件材料,尽可能地从科学的角度探讨一些现在常用的弥补这些缺陷的控制措施,以尽量规避失误,并提供一些解决焊接成型问题的思路和途径。 The forming of metal materials is inseparable from the welding technology of metal materials.The quality of the welding technology is directly related to the quality,use status and future use time of the metal after forming.The main defects and reasons that may occur in the welding and forming of metal materials will be explained,including welding cracks,slag inclusions,and metal material non-fusion,as well as experience and related document materials.From a scientific point of view,I will discuss some of the commonly used control measures to make up for these defects.I hope that on the one hand,I can alert relevant practitioners to avoid errors as much as possible,and on the other hand,I can provide some ideas and ways for the industry to solve the problem of welding molding.
