高效液相色谱法测定维生素B1硫代硫胺的含量 被引量:1

摘要 建立高效液相色谱法测定硫代硫胺的含量。采用Kromasil C18柱(5μm,4.6mm*250mm)色谱柱,以甲醇、乙腈、1%冰乙酸(比例为36∶24∶40)配制的0.005mol/L的1-辛烷磺酸钠溶液为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm,进样量为10μL。使用外标法计算硫代硫胺的含量,结果准确稳定可靠,可以作为维生素B1中间体硫代硫胺含量的检测方法。 A HPLC method was established for the determination of thiothiamine.A kromasil C18 column(5μ m,4.6mm *250mm)was used.The mobile phase was 0.005M sodium 1-octane sulfonate solution(36∶24∶40)prepared by methanol:acetonitrile:1% glacial acetic acid.The flow rate was 1.0m l/min,the detection wavelength was 254nm,and the injection volume was 10μ L.The content of thiothiamine calculated by external standard method is accurate,stable and reliable.It can be used as the determination method of thiothiamine in vitamin B1 intermediate.
