发酵型硫酸软骨素的研究现状及前景解析

摘要 分析了发酵法与硫酸软骨素生产,明确该工艺在生产质量与效率等诸多方面的作用,总结当前发酵法研究现状与今后发展前景,以扩大硫酸软骨素的应用范围,以期能够发挥发酵法作用,使硫酸软骨素在更多行业领域内得到运用。 The article aims to analyze the fermentation method and chondroitin sulfate production,clarify the role of the process in production quality and efficiency,and summarize the current research status and future development prospects of the fermentation method,which can expand the scope of application of chondroitin sulfate in order To play the role of fermentation method,so that chondroitin sulfate is used in more industries.
