摘要
以"循环经济3R原则"为指导,以铬盐化工企业产生的铬渣无害化处理利用为目的,利用氧化还原机理,用铬渣替代部分水泥生产原料、钢铁生产原料进行了铬渣无害化处理及资源再利用技术的研究与示范,创新了现有铬渣解毒处置利用技术,确定了铬渣在烧结炼铁生产中掺入原料的比例小于2%、掺烧粒径小于6mm、水分保持5%~7%的最佳工艺参数,解决了现有铬渣无害化处置技术处理投入大、成本高、解毒不彻底的技术难题,为铬盐化工企业产生的铬渣回收利用和无害化处理提供了有益参考。
With the guidance of the "3R principle of circular economy" and the purpose of harmless treatment and utilization of chromium slag produced by chromium salt chemical enterprises,the article used chromium slag to replace some of the raw materials for cement production and steel production with chromium slag The research and demonstration of harmless treatment and resource reuse technology have innovated the existing chromium slag detoxification treatment and utilization technology,and determined that the proportion of chromium slag incorporated into raw materials in the production of sintered ironmaking is less than 2%,and the particle size of mixed sintering is less than 6mm 1.The best process parameters for water retention of 5%~7%,which solves the technical problems of large investment,high cost,and incomplete detoxification of the existing chromium slag harmless disposal technology.It is for the recovery and utilization of chromium slag produced by chromium salt chemical enterprises.Harmless treatment provides a useful reference.
