摘要
目的探讨甲癌患者^131I治疗后的辐射剂量接近本底数值的时间和距离范围。方法 60例甲状腺癌术后接受碘治疗的患者,按照服^131I剂量不同,分为低剂量组(3.7±0.555 GBq)及高剂量组(5.55±0.555 GBq)。所有患者在服药后第3、7、10、15、25、30d测量0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5和3 m距离的辐射剂量,重复测量3次,取平均值。分析患者周围的辐射剂量接近本底水平的时间和距离。结果随着时间与距离的延长,照射量(DR)实测值与周围环境本底值的比值逐渐降低并接近于1。有明确转移患者,尤其是肺散在或弥漫摄取患者,其DR值偏高,降低到本底值所需的时间和距离都有不同程度增加,而与患者本身服用^131I剂量关系不大。结论患者服药后10d(3m处)、15d(2m处)、25d(1.5m处)、30d(0.5m处)患者DR监测值与本底值一致,30d后即便近距离接触也在本底辐射范围内。
Objective To explore the duration and distance range of the radiation dose close to the background value of^131 I in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods According to the different doses of^131 I,60 patients who received iodine therapy after thyroid cancer operation were divided into the low-dose group(3.7±0.555GBq)and high-dose group(5.55±0.555GBq).All patients were measured at 0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5 and 3 meters distance radiation dose on the 3rd,7th,10th,15th,25th and 30th day after taking the medicine,and the measurements were repeated for 3 times and the average values were calculated.We then analyzed the duration and distance when the radiation dose around the patient were close to the background level.Results As time and distance went on,the ratio of the measured value of radiation dose(DR)to the background value of the surrounding environment gradually decreased and was close to 1.In patients with definite metastasis,especially those with scattered or diffuse lung uptake,the DR value was on the high side,and the duration and distance required to reduce to the background value were increased at varying degrees,which was not related to the dose of^131 I taken by the patients themselves.Conclusion The DR monitoring values of the patients are consistent with the background values 10 days(3 meters),15 days(2 meters),25 days(1.5 meters)and 30 days(0.5 meters)after taking the medicine.After 30 days,the value is within background radiation range even if they are in close contact.
