宫颈癌组织中STING、RACK-1和Tiam1与病情严重程度的关系 被引量:2

The Relationship Between STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in Cervical Cancer Tissues and Disease Severity

摘要 目的分析宫颈癌组织中STING、RACK-1和Tiam1表达特点与患者病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法将我院2008年1月至2016年4月间收治的60例子宫颈癌患者作为观察组,50例行手术治疗的子宫颈上皮内瘤变患者作为对照组;采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平;采用Logistic回归模型分析STING、RACK-1、 Tiam1表达水平与患者病情严重程度及预后的关系。结果观察组病灶组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FIGO分期Ⅰ期病灶组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平明显低于FIGO分期Ⅱ期,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分化程度患者病灶组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平存在明显差异,其中低分化患者病灶组织最高,高分化患者病灶组织最低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三年生存组患者病灶组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平明显低于死亡组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌患者病灶组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平是影响患者FIGO分期、分化程度及三年存活的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌病灶组织中STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平处于异常增高状态,随着患者病情严重程度增加及不良预后其水平也随着显著增高,且STING、RACK-1、Tiam1水平是影响宫颈癌患者病情严重程度和预后的独立影响因素。 Objective To analyzed the relationship between the expressions of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in cervical cancer tissues and the severity of the patients and the quality of prognosis.Methods Sixty patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January,2008 to April,2016 were treated as the observation group,while 50 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent surgery were enrolled as the control group.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect tissue levels of STING,RACK-1,and Tiam1.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the expression levels of STING,RACK-1,and Tiam1 and the severity and prognosis of patients.Results The levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in FIGO stage I lesions were significantly lower than FIGO stage II(P<0.05).The levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in the lesions of patients with different degrees of differentiation were significantly different,among which the poorly differentiated patients had the lowest level and the highly differentiated patients had the highest level(P<0.05).The levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in the lesions of the three-year survival group were significantly lower than those in the death group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in the lesions were independent factors affecting the FIGO stage,differentiation and three-year survival(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 in cervical cancer lesions are abnormally increased.The severity of the patients increases with the severity of the disease and the quality of the prognosis,and the levels of STING,RACK-1 and Tiam1 are the independent factors affecting the severity of the disease and the quality of the prognosis.
