大数据时代的到来,加速了云计算、云存储的崛起。企业日益剧增的案卷和传统"收、存、管、用"管理工作模式,让档案工作者面临的压力越来越大,集团企业各公司之间的数据也不能很好共享。构建云上数字档案室是档案信息化发展的必然选择。探讨了基于私有云环境的数字档案室的构建意义、构建思路、管理策略等。

The arrival of the era of big data has accelerated the rise of cloud computing and cloud storage.With the increasing num⁃ber of files and the traditional management mode of"receiving,storing,managing and using",the archivists are facing more and more pressure,and the data of each company in the group cannot be well Shared.The construction of digital archive room on cloud is the inevitable choice for the development of archives informatization.This paper discusses the significance,construction idea and management strategy of digital archive based on private cloud environment.
