摘要
针对核电汽轮发电机组轴系的扭振问题及核电安全性需求,设计并研制应用于核电半速机的轴系扭振在线监测装置。该装置可以在线监测汽轮机组轴系扭振相关的参数,实时分析轴系的扭振状态。故障分析过程中,根据扰动力矩的形式分别采用模态叠加法和逐步积分法,对多个危险截面进行响应分析,在线评价轴系的扭转疲劳安全性。通过对扭振在线监测、分析过程涉及的理论、方法和技术的整合,形成一套扭振监测与分析技术解决方案。阐述该装置的关键技术原理与工程化设计流程,完成从理论框架到工程技术的转化,并在国内核电汽轮发电机组投入使用。
In view of the torsional vibration problem of the nuclear power turbo-generator shafting and the safety requirement of nuclear power,an online monitoring device for torsional vibration of the shafting is designed and developed.The device can monitor the parameters related to the torsional vibration of the turbine shafting on line and analyze the torsional vibration state of the shafting in real time.In the process of fault analysis,according to the form of disturbance torque,mode superposition method and step-by-step integration method are used to analyze the response of several dangerous sections and evaluate the torsional fatigue safety of shafting online.Through the integration of theory,method and technology involved in the process of online monitoring and analysis of torsional vibration,a set of technical solutions for torsional vibration monitoring and analysis is formed.The key technical principle and engineering design process of the unit are described,and the transformation from theoretical framework to engineering technology is completed,and the unit is put into use in domestic nuclear power turbo generator set.
