铜绿假单胞菌的群感效应及大环内酯类药物的临床治疗研究进展

Advances in research on quorum-sensing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and clinical treatment of macrolides

铜绿假单胞菌是伴有结构性肺病患者肺部感染的常见致病菌,常常导致细菌难以清除、感染慢性化,反复急性感染诱发细菌耐药性增强,使临床治疗困难。本文重点介绍铜绿假单胞菌群感效应的机制,从基础研究方面介绍大环内酯类药物在抑制铜绿假单胞菌群感效应中的作用,并从临床研究角度将大环内酯类药物对结构性肺病治疗的研究进展作一综述。

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common pathogen of pulmonary infection in patients with structural pulmonary disease.It often leads to the difficulty of bacterial clearance and infection chronicity.Repeated acute infection leads to the enhancement of bacterial resistance.These make clinical treatment difficult.This article focuses on the mechanism of the quorum-sensing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and introduces the role of macrolides in the inhibition of quorum-sensing of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the perspective of basic research.It reviews the research progress of macrolides in the treatment of structural pulmonary disease from the perspective of clinical research.
