二仙汤合右归汤联合序贯疗法对肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Erxian Decoction and Yougui Decoction combined with sequential therapy on patients with premature ovarian failure of Kidney⁃Yang Deficiency Pattern

目的考察二仙汤合右归汤联合序贯疗法对肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者的临床疗效。方法 120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组给予序贯疗法(倍美力、醋酸甲羟孕酮),观察组在对照组基础上加用二仙汤合右归汤,疗程3个月。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、性激素(LH、FSH、E_2)、子宫内膜厚度、AMH、INHB、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、LH、FSH降低(P<0.05),E_2、子宫内膜厚度、AMH、INHB升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二仙汤合右归汤联合序贯疗法可改善肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者卵巢功能,安全性较高。

AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Erxian Decoction and Yougui Decoction combined with sequential therapy on patients with premature ovarian failure of Kidney⁃Yang Deficiency Pattern.METHODS One hundred and twenty patients were randomly assigned into control group(60 cases)for 3⁃month intervention of sequential therapy(bemelide,medroxyprogesterone acetate),and observation group(60 cases)for 3⁃month intervention of Erxian Decoction,Yougui Decoction and sequential therapy.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,sex hormones(LH,FSH,E2),endometrial thickness,AMH,INHB and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed reduced TCM syndrome scores,LH and FSH(P<0.05),and increased E2,endometrial thickness,AMH and INHB(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with premature ovarian failure due to Kidney Yang Deficiency Pattern,Erxian Decoction and Yougui Decoction combined with sequential therapy can improve ovarian functions,exhibiting high safety.
