四逆加人参汤联合常规治疗对心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Sini Decoction plus Ginseng combined with conventional treatment on patients with heart failure

目的研究四逆加人参汤联合常规治疗对心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗(地高辛、氢氯噻嗪、呋塞米、螺内酯),观察组在对照组基础上加用四逆加人参汤,疗程30 d。检测心力衰竭疗效、中医证候疗效、NT-proBNP、AngⅡ、hs-CRP、H-FABP、心功能指标(LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD)变化。结果观察组心力衰竭、中医证候总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NT-proBNP、AngⅡ、hs-CRP、H-FABP、LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF更高(P<0.05)。2组均无严重不良反应。结论四逆加人参汤联合常规治疗可改善心力衰竭患者心功能,降低NT-proBNP、AngⅡ、hs-CRP、H-FABP水平,安全性较高。

AIM To study the clinical effects of Sini Decoction plus Ginseng combined with conventional treatment on patients with heart failure.METHODS One hundred patients were randomly assigned into control group(50 cases)for 30⁃day intervention of conventional treatment(digoxin,hydrochlorothiazide,furosemide,spironolactone),and observation group(50 cases)for 30⁃day intervention of both Sini Decoction plus Ginseng and conventional treatment.The changes in heart failure efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,NT⁃proBNP,AngⅡ,hs⁃CRP,H⁃FABP and heart function indices(LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD)were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rates of heart failure and TCM syndromes than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed lower NT⁃proBNP,AngⅡ,hs⁃CRP,H⁃FABP,LVEDD and LVESD than the control group(P<0.05),along with higher LVEF(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.CONCLUSION For the patients with heart failure,Sini Decoction plus Ginseng combined with conventional treatment can improve heart functions and reduce NT⁃proBNP,AngⅡ,hs⁃CRP and H⁃FABP levels,exhibiting high safety.
