基于有限元法的车用复合材料板簧力学特性分析

摘要 为研究车用复合材料板簧力学特性,提出基于有限元法的车用复合材料板簧力学特性测试方法。首先构建车用复合材料板簧的均布荷载和集中荷载模型,在低周往复荷载作用下,结合耗能减振作用力分析的方法分析板簧的刚度测试和抗拉力,并建立车用复合材料板簧动态荷载检测模型;然后采用集中荷载作用力矩分析方法监测板簧力学特性,根据传感器实测数据实现车用复合材料板簧力学特性数据融合,进一步提高测试的准确性。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行板簧力学特性分析的效果较好,力学特性分析的误差较低,有效提高了对车用复合材料板簧的力学和荷载的识别分析能力。 In order to study the mechanical properties of automotive composite plate spring,a finite element method for testing the mechanical properties of automotive composite plate spring was proposed.Firstly,the uniformly distributed load and concentrated load model of composite material plate spring for vehicle is constructed.Under the action of low-cycle reciprocating load,the stiffness test and tension resistance of plate spring are analyzed by combining the energy dissipation and energy dissipation force analysis method,and the dynamic load test model of composite material plate spring for vehicle is established.Then,the mechanical properties of plate spring are monitored by the method of moment analysis under concentrated load,and the mechanical properties of plate spring of automotive composite material are fused according to the measured data of sensors,so as to further improve the accuracy of the test.The test results show that the method is effective in analyzing the mechanical properties of plate spring,and the error of mechanical properties analysis is low.
