岭南典型居用型历史建筑现状

The present situation of typical residential and public historical buildings in Lingnan area

岭南典型历史建筑地域特色鲜明,功能用途与体量巨大的农村民居部分重合,形成一类特殊的建筑群体。在当前城市高风险,农村未设防的局面下,该建筑群体的灾害防御同样也面临着从灾后救助向灾前预防的转变。基于其特殊性,首次提出居用型历史建筑的概念,并对其结构类型、存在方式以及功能现状进行分类汇总,针对性描述了多类型居用型历史建筑结构及构件状况,并引入了居用型历史建筑的抗震性能研究和加固保护理念和在城市快速发展进程中传统文化设施资源科学留存的思想。

The historical buildings of Lingnan have distinct regional characteristics.The functional use are coincided with the large rural buildings.At present,the city is high risk and the countryside is not considered the seismic protection.The disaster prevention of the building group is also facing the transformation from post disaster relief to pre disaster prevention.Based on its particularity,the concept of residential and public historical building is put forward for the first time.The structure type,existing mode and function status are classified and summarized.The structure and component status of multitype residential and public historic buildings have been described.And the concept of seismic performance research,reinforcement and protection of residential historic buildings and the idea of scientific preservation of traditional cultural facilities resources are introduced in the process of rapid urban development.
