摘要
采用石油树脂、脱硫剂、不同脱硫胶粉等添加剂和胶粉、SBS改性剂对高粘复合改性橡胶沥青性能的影响进行研究,提出高粘复合改性橡胶沥青的不同掺配方案,分析不同方案下高粘复合改性橡胶沥青的综合性能。结果表明:2%SBS+15%胶粉的复配方案可用于AC类连续级配,3%SBS+15%胶粉的复配方案可用于SMA类间断级配,4%SBS+20%胶粉复配的复配方案可用于OGFC类开级配。
In this paper,the effects of additives such as petroleum resin,desulfurizer,different desulfurizer rubber powder,rubber powder and SBS modifier on the properties of high viscosity composite mo dified rubber asphalt were studied.Finally,different blending schemes of high viscosity composite modified rubber asphalt are proposed,and the comprehensive properties of high viscosity composite modified rubber asphalt under different schemes are analyzed.The results show that the compound scheme of 2%SBS+15%rubber powder can be used for AC continuous grading,3%SBS+15%rubber powder can be used for SMA intermittent grading,4%SBS+20%rubber powder can be used for OGFC open grading.The technical index requirements of high viscosity compound modified rubber asphalt suitable for different gradation types are put forward.
