摘要
移动模架是一种可以自行过孔的造桥设备,适合跨江、跨河及无法采用支架法现浇的连续箱梁施工。结合温州市甬台温复线灵昆—阁巷段工程瓯江口跨海南大桥移动模架施工,对移动模架在拼装、预压、首跨浇筑、中跨浇筑、尾跨浇筑等不同工况下的受力进行分析与监测,对实际的挠度值进行测量,得出不同工况下实际受力特征及挠度值,同时结合经验确定实际的施工预拱值,可供同类型工程借鉴参考。
The movable formwork is bridge-building equipment that can drill holes.It is suitable for the construction of continuous box girder bridges that cross the rivers and cannot be cast in place with formwork method.In this paper,based on the construction of the movable formwork of the Cross-Hainan Bridge at Oujiang Estuary of Lingkun-Gexiang Section of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Multiple-track Railway Project,the stress of the movable formwork under different working conditions such as assembly,preloading,first-span casting,middle-span casting,and tail-span casting were analyzed and monitored,the actual force characteristics and deflection value under different working conditions can be obtained by measuring the actual deflection,thus to determine the actual pre-arch value from experience,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
