摘要
根据搅拌摩擦焊焊接力的测量需要,研发了一种新型的搅拌摩擦焊的无线跟踪测力装置。这套装置主要由搭载传感器的机床连接机构以及无线传输系统两部分组成。详细地介绍整套装置的结构及其功能和原理。利用该套装置能够实时获取搅拌摩擦焊过程中顶锻力的大小,并通过调节焊接深度,能够实现搅拌摩擦焊的闭环控制。
According to the need of measuring the welding force of friction stir welding,a new wireless tracking force measuring device for friction stir welding was developed.This device is mainly composed of two parts:a machine tool connecting mechanism equipped with sensors and a wireless transmission system.This paper introduces the structure,function and principle of the whole device in detail.The device can be used to obtain the size of the forging force in the process of friction stir welding in real time,and the closed-loop control of friction stir welding can be realized by adjusting the welding depth.
