国家技术转移苏南中心建设运营模式探析

国家技术转移区域中心是国家技术转移体系的重要枢纽,是技术转移政策创新和突破的排头兵。作为全国第三家、也是唯一建立在地级市的国家技术转移平台——国家技术转移苏南中心的发展走过了公益性功能平台搭建为主、市场化运营平台建设为主、公益性功能平台与市场化运营平台协同发展的3个阶段。该文通过总结分析苏南中心的建设运营模式,探析下一步发展方向,也为其他区域中心的发展提供参考借鉴。

The national technology transfer regional center is an important hub of the national technology transfer system and a pioneer of innovation and breakthrough in technology transfer policies.As the third and only national technolog y transfer platform established in prefecture-level cities in China,the development of the national technology transfer center in southern Jiangsu has gone through three stages:the construction of public welfare function platform,the construction of market-oriented operation platform,and the coordinated development of public welfare function platform and market-oriented operation platform.This paper summarizes and analyzes the construction and operation mode of the southern Jiangsu center,and explores the next development direction,which also provides reference for the development of other regional centers.
