肾病综合征患者血清蛋白电泳各条带的特点

The Characteristics of Bands in Serum Protein Electrophoresis of Nephrotic Syndrome

目的分析肾病综合征(NS)患者血清蛋白电泳各条带的特点。方法运用法国Sebia Capillarys 2 Flex Piercing全自动高效毛细管电泳仪对149例NS患者(试验组)和32名健康体检者(对照组)进行血清蛋白电泳分析。结果试验组血清蛋白电泳白蛋白(Alb)、α1-球蛋白、α2-球蛋白、β1-球蛋白、β2-球蛋白所占的百分比与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Alb明显下降,α2-球蛋白、β2-球蛋白明显升高。结论在血清蛋白电泳中,NS患者具有特征性图谱,能够辅助诊断疾病。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of each band in serum protein electrophoresis in patients with nephrotic syndrome,so as to assist in the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome.Methods Serum protein electrophoresis was performed in 149 patients with nephrotic syndrome and 32 healthy subjects by Sebia Capillarys 2 Flex Piercing.Results The bands of Alb,α1-globulin,α2-globulin,β1-globulin andβ2-globulin in patients with nephrotic syndrome were significantly different from those in healthy subjects(P<0.05).Among them,Alb decreased significantly,α2-globulin andβ2-globulin increased significantly.Conclusion Patients with nephrotic syndrome have characteristic maps in serum protein electrophoresis,which can assist in the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome.
