磁共振水脂分离技术定量评价不同年龄健康女性腰椎椎体骨髓脂肪含量的应用价值 被引量:1

Study of Fat Content in Vertebral Body in Healthy Women of Different Ages by Magnetic Resonance Water Fat Separation

摘要 目的探讨磁共振水脂分离技术定量评价不同年龄健康女性腰椎椎体骨髓脂肪含量的应用价值。方法选取2019年1—4月于医院进行体检的71名女性健康志愿者作为研究对象,按照年龄阶段不同分为30~40岁组22名、40~50岁组24名、50~60岁组25名。以双能X线吸收测量法(DEXA)测量L1-4椎体骨密度(BMD),以磁共振魔镜成像技术(MRI mDIXON-Quant)测量L1-4椎体骨髓脂肪含量,并测量L1-4椎体的脂肪分数(FF),比较3组腰椎椎体BMD及FF,分析腰椎椎体BMD与FF的相关性。结果30~40岁组L1-4椎体BMD大于40~50岁组及50~60岁组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);50~60岁组L1-4椎体FF大于40~50岁组及30~40岁组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);L1-4椎体BMD与FF成中等负相关,L1椎体明显,相关系数为r=-0.55,P<0.001。结论采用磁共振水脂分离技术定量评价不同年龄健康女性腰椎椎体骨髓脂肪含量是可行的,且脂肪含量随年龄增大而增多,与BMD成负相关。 Objective To assess the value of fat content in vertebral body in healthy women of different ages by magnetic resonance water fat separation.Methods Seventy-one healthy volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups according to their ages(30~40 years group,40~50 years group,50~60 years group)Dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure the Density of lumbar vertebral,and MRI mDixon-quant technique was used to measure the marrow fat content of lumbar 1-4.Results The density of lumbar vertebral were increased with the volunteer's age.There were significant differences in the fat content of bone marrow at different age groups.FF had moderate negative correlation with bone density,and the L1 vertebral body was significantly,r=-0.55,P<0.001.Conclusion Magnetic resonance water-fat separation technique can quantify the vertebral fat fraction,lumbar vertebral bone marrow fat content was generally increasing with the age,bone marrow fat content was negatively correlated with BMD in females.
