小组团体心理护理对改善双相障碍患者冲动行为的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Group Psychological Nursing on Improving the Impulsive Behavior of Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的探讨小组团体心理护理对改善双相障碍患者冲动行为的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年6月于医院接受治疗的80例双相障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予小组团体心理护理干预,比较两组冲动行为改善情况。结果干预后,观察组自我的刻板性、自我与经验的不和谐评分均低于对照组,自我的灵活性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2、4周后,观察组外显冲动兴奋量表(MOAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小组团体心理护理干预双相障碍患者的临床效果显著,可降低患者冲动行为的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of group psychological care on improving the impulsive behavior of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods Eighty patients with bipolar disorder who were treated in hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,and were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method,40 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given group psychological nursing intervention to compare the impulsive behavior improvement between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group's self-stereotype and self-experience dissonance score were lower than the control group,and the self's flexibility score was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);2 weeks later After 4 weeks,the MOAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of group psychological nursing intervention in patients with bipolar disorder has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the incidence of impulsive behaviors.
