摘要
目的探索人形机器人在孤独症儿童辅助康复中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年5月我院确诊的4~6岁孤独症儿童24例,随机分为两组,试验组12例,采用人形机器人训练,对照组12例,采用地板时光训练。采用CARS对症状严重度进行前后对照评估,在试验开始前、开始后1个月、3个月、6个月分别采用自闭症社交及沟通行为量表评估两组儿童的社交沟通技能。结果两组间症状严重程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组在互联注意、与他人接触的意向、对他人的反应、自发的游戏模式上获得更大的进步,对照组在游戏中的互动能力上获得更大的进步(P<0.05)。干预一个月时,试验组的模仿和轮流作转较对照组表现更佳(P<0.05)。结论人形机器人可作为一种有效的辅助性社交干预工具,尤其是在社交干预的早期。
Objective:To explore the application value of humanoid robot in the assisted rehabilitation of autistic children.Methods:a total of 24 autistic children aged 4 to 6 years who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(12 cases)with humanoid robot training and control group(12 cases)with floor time training.CARS was used to evaluate the severity of symptoms before and after the experiment,and the social communication skills of children in the two groups were evaluated by autism Social and commu⁃nication behavior scale before the experiment,1 month after the experiment,3 months after the experiment,and 6 months after the experiment.Results:There was no statistical significance difference in the severity of symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05);The experimental group made greater progress in interconnected attention,intention to contact with oth⁃ers,reaction to others and spontaneous game mode,while the control group made greater progress in the interactive ability in the game(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,the experimental group performed better in imitation and rotation than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:humanoid robot can be used as an effective auxiliary social intervention tool,especially in the early stage of social intervention.
