摘要
准确测定烟丝中钾元素的含量对于控制卷烟质量有重要作用,为此该研究的目的是探讨连续流动法与ICP-MS法在测量K含量方面的差异性。结果表明:两种测试方法在符合正态分布的基础上,通过配对-t检验说明两种方法之间有显著性差异。同时,运用Minitab软件对差异进行了量化,并发现这两种方法的测试结果具有较好的相关性。
In order to control the quality of cigarette,it is important to accurately determinate the contents of potassium.Thus,the purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between continuous flow and ICP-MS methods on determination of potassium.The result showed that the significant difference was verified by paired-t test method between continuous flow and ICP-MS methods on the basis of conforming to the normal distribution.Meanwhile,this difference was quantified by using the Minitab software,and it was showed that the result of two methods had a good correlation.
