针对MTO烯烃分离后的乙烯产品中氧含量高、水含量高的质量问题,分析了乙烯产品中微量组分含量高,聚乙烯装置反应活性差,装置负荷及产品质量的影响,提出了气液相干燥器吸附水含量、反应气压缩机段间冷却器消漏、氧含量调整等措施,不断提高乙烯产品质量。
