转化炉集气管保温堵头的改造设计及应用

摘要 转化炉集气管封闭端保温堵头通常是用耐火砖或耐火胶泥等隔热材料砌筑而成,这不仅使得工人在对集气管内部进行检查与维护时的劳动强度大、劳动条件差、作业效率低、维护操作极其不便,同时保温效果差,维护成本高。为了克服上述缺陷,我公司采用一种用于转化炉集气管的新型保温堵头装置,对原有封闭端堵头进行改造。改造后,新装置运行稳定,密封及保温隔热效果良好,极大地方便了集气管的日常检查与维护,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了作业效率,降低了维护成本。 Thermal insulation plug at the closed end of gas-collecting pipe of conversion furnace is usually built of firebrick or refractory mortar,which not only makes it inconvenient and more labor-intensive for workers to check or maintain the inside of gas-collecting pipe,but also brings about some disadvantages such as poor working conditions,low work efficiency,as well as inferior thermal insulation effect and high maintenance costs.In order to overcome the defects mentioned above,a novel thermal insulation plug device was employed to retrofit the original.The results show that the new device exhibits good stability,satisfactory sealing and thermal insulation effect,indicating that the retrofitting successfully reached the expected requirements.
