地方本科院校材料类专业校企合作实践教学初探

Exploration of College-Enterprise Cooperation Practice Teaching for Materials Specialty in Local Undergraduate College

校企合作实践教学是当前地方本科院校培养应用型人才的重要途径及教育教学改革的重要课题。结合怀化学院化学与材料工程学院材料类专业实践教学的实际情况,从课程体系构建、实践教学基地建设、“双师型”师资队伍培养及产学研合作等方面进行了完善和改革。结果表明:校企合作实践教学的改革完善了课程体系的构建、提升了校企资源的利用率、加强了“双师型”教师队伍的建设,推动了材料类专业应用型人才的培养。

College-enterprise cooperation practice teaching is not only one of the crucial approaches to cultivate the applied talents but also one of the important subjects of education and teaching reformation in local undergraduate colleges.Take into the facts of materials specialty at College of Chemistry and Materials Engineering in Huaihua University,the practical teaching mode was improved and reformed through courses system establishment,practical teaching bases construction,double-role teachers training and industrial-academic-research cooperation.The results showed that the courses system was improved,the resource utilization rate of college-enterprise was promoted,the double-role teachers training was strengthened and the cultivation of the applied talents was promoted after the college-enterprise cooperation practice teaching reformation.
