摘要
针对三元正极材料清洗废水回收过程中产生的高盐废水,本研究采用了高效节能的蒸发结晶方式进行处理,对蒸发结晶工艺过程进行了阐述,并提供了实际运行数据和相关的能耗分析。结果表明:MVR蒸发器能够良好的处理三元材料清洗废水回收过程中衍生的高盐废水,各项指标达到了预期效果,而且能耗成本较常规多效蒸发器显著降低。
In view of the high salt waste water produced in the process of recovery of cleaning waste water of ternary positive material,this study adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving evaporation crystallization method to treat it,expounds the evaporation crystallization process,and provides the actual operation data and related energy consumption analysis.The results show that MVR evaporator can well treat the high salt wastewater derived from the recycling process of ternary material cleaning wastewater,and the indicators achieve the expected results,and the energy consumption cost is significantly lower than the conventional multi effect evaporator.
