大明湖水质自动监测与实验室监测比对研究 被引量:3

摘要 2019年3-12月,在大明湖新建设的水质自动监测站开展包括高锰酸盐指数、总氮和总磷等共8个参数的自动监测与实验室监测数据比对,对结果进行相对偏差和相关性分析。结果表明:(1)水温、p H值、电导率和溶解氧的相对误差小于±15%,比对合格率为100. 0%,自动监测结果与实验室监测结果有较好的一致性;(2)配对T检验显示,水温、pH值、电导率、总磷和总氮的自动监测数据和实验室监测数据的均值不存在显著性差异;(3)自动监测站水温、pH值、溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数、总氮和总磷的标准偏差较实验室小,说明这些参数自动监测站数据较实验室数据精密度好,较稳定。 Water qualitycomparisonof 8 parametersincluding water permanganate index,total nitrogen,totalphosphorus and so on was carried out using automatic monitoring method and laboratory monitoring method from March to December 2019 at the newly built automatic water quality monitoring station in Daming lake in Jinan.The datawas analyzed by relative deviation,correlation analysis,and T-test.The results were shown as follows:(1)as for water temperature,pH,electrical conductivity and dissolved oxygen,the relative deviation between automatic monitoring and laboratory completely within±15%.Which indicated that these results of automatic monitoring are in good agreement with those of laboratory;(2)as for water temperature,pH,electrical conductivity,total nitrogenand total phosphorus,T-tests showed that there was no significant difference between automatic monitoring and laboratory;(3)The standard deviation of water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen,permanganate index,total nitrogen and total phosphorus of automatic monitoring was smaller than that in laboratory,which indicated that these parameters were more stable than that of the laboratory.On the contrary,the results of turbidity and electrical conductivity were more discrete than those of laboratory.
