摘要
原油储罐实施机械清洗作业过程中,不可避免会产生一定数量的清罐污油。中海油惠州石化有限公司将清罐污油输送至焦化装置回炼,但出现石油焦产品灰分超标和设备腐蚀的问题。为避免这些问题的发生,清罐污油必须进行脱水、脱固净化处理。本文利用膜强化传质技术净化处理清罐污油,并对工艺条件进行了优化。净化后污油水含量降至2. 5%,固含量为0. 6%,达到回炼要求,产生的外排切水油含量为272 mg/L,可直接并入污水处理系统。
In the process of mechanical cleaning of crude oil tanks,a certain amount of waste oil,called tank cleaning waste oil,is inevitably produced.If CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.transports the cleaning tank waste oil to the coking unit for recycling,but there are problems such as the ash content of petroleum coke exceeding the standard and equipment corrosion.In order to avoid these,the tank cleaning waste oil must be dehydrated and desolidated treatment.In this paper,the membrane-enhanced mass transfer technology was used to purify the tank cleaning waste oil,and the process conditions were optimized.After purification,the water content and solid content of the waste oil were reduced to 2.5%and 0.6%respectively,which met the requirements of recycling.The oil content of the discharged sewage was 272 mg/L,which could be directly incorporated into the sewage treatment system.
