高校大型仪器设备开放共享现状与管理机制研究

Research on the Present Situation and Management Mechanism of Opening and Sharing of Large-scale Scientific Instruments and Equipment in Universities

随着国家加大对高等教育的资金投入和高校对科研的重视,高校拥有的大型仪器设备数量日益增加。如何提高大型设备的利用率,加大开放共享力度显得尤为重要。本文通过分析目前高校大型仪器设备开放共享的问题,从仪器购置、管理机制、考核激励和实践教学等多方面提出了一些方法和措施,以便将其最大化的价值发挥出来。

With the increase of national investment in higher education and the emphasis on scientific research,the number of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is increasing.It is particularly important to improve the utilization ratio of large-scale scientific equipment and increase open sharing.By analyzing the problems of open sharing of large-scale scientific instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,we give some methods and measures from the aspects of instrument purchase,management mechanism,examination incentive and practice teaching to maximize its value.
