摘要
目的调查不同高校护生对老年人的态度及老年知识的了解现状,分析不同高校间的差异,为完善现存的老年护理人才培养体系提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样法,选取成都市三所高校的护生为研究对象,使用一般资料表、对老年人态度量表(KAOP)和老年知识量表(FAQ)进行问卷调查。结果共回收551份问卷,三所高校护生的KAOP得分为(118.52±12.21)分,FAQ得分为(11.69±3.32)分,其中A校护生KAOP得分为(120.63±11.81)分,FAQ得分为(12.19±3.43)分,高于其它两所高校,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B、C两校护生的得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三所高校护生总体对老年人持负向态度,老年知识较为缺乏。一本院校护生的老年知识水平及对老年人态度的正向性均优于二本院校护生。
Objective To investigate the status of geriatric knowledge and attitude towards the elderly in nursing students in different colleges and analyze the differences,so as to provide references for improving the existing training system of elderly nursing talents.Methods The study used convenience sampling methods to select nursing students of three colleges in Chengdu and applied questionnaires including Survey of Demographic Information,Kogan’s Attitude toward Old People Scale(KAOP)and Palmore’s Facts of Aging Quiz(FAQ)to conduct the investigation.Results This study collected 551 questionnaires.The KAOP score of nursing students in three colleges was 118.52±12.21,and the FAQ score was 11.69±3.32.The KAOP score of nursing students in A college was 120.63±11.81,and the FAQ score was 12.19±3.43,which were both higher than the other two colleges,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the scores of B and C colleges(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing students in three colleges held negative attitudes towards the elderly and lacked of geriatric knowledge.Nursing students in first-tier colleges had a better level of attitude and knowledge of the elderly than others who come from second-tier colleges.
