摘要
21世纪的到来,把我国推向了信息工业化的高峰阶段。世界在发展,时代在变化,工业的发展离不开信息的推动,计算机控制技术是当今社会工业发展的基础,数字控制技术的发展代表了一个国家的工业化的发展水平。直线,圆弧,螺纹的加工是数控机床加工中三个基础环节,也是最重要的三个加工环节。虽然加工螺纹有很多方法,可是由于加工螺纹的用途很多,加之螺纹加工的工艺复杂性,所以导致部分螺纹的加工生产效率很低、加工精度很低。为了更好的改变这种加工状态,提升螺纹的加工质量和生产效率,我们在实际生产中对不同的螺纹加工后的用途,应该具体分析,采取更适合的加工方式,选择匹配的加工指令和加工参数。本文针对消防管道接头螺纹的批量加工方式进行了分析,希望对提升螺纹加工质量和生产效率有一定的帮助。
The arrival of the 21st century has pushed China to the peak stage of information industrialization.The world is developing,The Times are changing,and the development of industry cannot be separated from the promotion of information.Computer control technology is the basis of industrial development in today's society.The development of digital control technology represents the development level of a country's industrialization.The machining of straight line,arc and thread is the three basic links and the most important three processing links in CNC machine tool machining.Although there are many ways to process threads,but because of the many USES of thread processing,coupled with the process complexity of thread processing,so the processing of part of the thread production efficiency is very low,the processing precision is very low.In order to better change the processing state and improve the processing quality and production efficiency of threads,we should analyze the USES of different threads after processing in actual production,adopt more suitable processing methods,and choose matching processing instructions and processing parameters.This paper analyzes the batch processing method of fire pipe joint thread,hoping to have some help to improve the quality of thread processing and production efficiency.
