With the deepening of quality-oriented education reform,the new curriculum standards for students'primary school head teacher's work has put forward high quality requirements,requiring the head teacher to follow the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,combined with the learning ability and needs of primary students,effectively improve the efficiency of classroom management.This paper mainly analyzes the difference education in primary school head teacher's work for reference.
