浅析凌津滩水电厂经济运行

水电厂经济运行作为国家新电改背景下发电企业抢占电力市场资源核心竞争力的体现,应当被各水电厂纳入重点管理范畴。凌津滩水电厂(以下简称凌厂)作为国企,在服务社会的同时也一直致力于电厂经济运行工作,争创发电效益最大化。本文深入总结和剖析了凌津滩水电厂在经济运行工作实施过程中遇到的问题及原因,并针对现有问题,从厂内经济运行、水库优化调度、电力市场营销及与公司和外单位沟通协调等方面提出相应措施建议,强化电厂经济运行精益化管理,挖潜增效,提高市场竞争力。
